General Instructions
- Use latest versions of Chrome or Mozilla browsers only.
- Recommended to submitted form using Computer.
- If you have already submitted the form and want to generate it again, fill the details and generate it again.
- You will require to upload 1 passport size photographs of student.
- All documents other than Photo must be in PDF form.

Instruction for Photographs
Your photos or digital images should be
- In Color.
- Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
- Taken infront of off-white / light background.
- Taken in full face view directing facing the camera.
- Uploaded in .jpg (JPEG) format
- Having width / height (3.5 cm / 4.5 cm)
- Less than 500kB in size
